Scott Lauer, CFS® is a Private Wealth Advisor with Mosaic Wealth Consulting. He brings over 20 years of experience in Financial Planning and Wealth Management, helping successful individuals & families take their own unique visions and goals, creating a personalized wealth strategy designed to protect themselves and their families for a strong financial future. 

As a Private Wealth Advisor with Mosaic Wealth Consulting and Lincoln Financial Advisors, Scott is dedicated to assisting his clientele in all areas of Financial Planning. He brings enthusiasm and expertise from his extensive experience in the industry and life, backed by the rich resources available to him through Lincoln Financial Advisors. Scott’s top priority is to strive for the finest service experience possible for every single one of his clients.

Growing up in a small town in Clarion County, Pennsylvania, Scott had long aspired to be a part of the Financial Services Industry. He graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 1992. Scott moved to the Pittsburgh area in the late 90’s and started his family in Westmoreland County. Scott is proud to have grown up in that small town atmosphere, and brings the sense of community, kindness and caring that he learned into his practice at Mosaic Wealth Consulting.

Scott also believes strongly in giving back to his community. He and his wife, Janeane, have been foster parents with the Westmoreland County Children’s Bureau for 15 years. He adopted his son, Aiden, in 2005 and his daughter, Ainzleigh, in 2018. He is an active member in his church, a volunteer with the Westmoreland County Food bank, as well as school activities for Aiden and Ainzleigh. Scott enjoys many different outside activities, as well as the Arts. Whether it be work or personal, Scott is always doing something that he loves to do.
